John Mascarin, Aird & Berlis LLP regarding Strong Mayor Powers Training

 

Council Members took part in a training session focused on the details of the newly expanded Strong Mayor Powers and their implications for the Municipality of Port Hope, provided by the Municipality's Integrity Commissioner, Mr. Mascarin.

Council recessed at 5:09 p.m. and reconvened at 5:15 p.m.

    That leave be granted to introduce a by-law and to dispense with the reading of the by-law by the Clerk to confirm the proceedings of the Special Council of the Municipality of Port Hope at its special council meeting held on June 3, 2025 and the same be considered read and passed and that the Mayor and the Clerk sign the same and the Seal of the Corporation be thereto affixed.
